August 23: SSP Steering Committee meeting (closed)
August 24: Institutional Representatives planning meeting, ice breaker at Explora! 6pm-8pm 
Join us at Explora! Science Center & Children's Museum for a unique evening where the exhibits put learning in your own hands!

August 25-27: Presentations 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., with lunch and snacks
Presentations will be held at the Albuquerque Museum, the leading institution for the Southwest's art, history, and culture. Attendees will have access to museum exhibits and preview the Silent Auction items before the auction is held on August 28.
Conservation conscious: the museum is a short five-minute walk from Hotel Albuquerque.

August 28: BioPark day and closing dinner 
The ABQ BioPark staff is honored to have the 2025 Orangutan SSP conference attendees visit our facilities. The BioPark consists of the Zoo, Aquarium, Botanic Gardens, BUGarium, Heritage Farm, and Tingley Beach. We will have special activities and behind the scenes tours scheduled across the entire BioPark, including our AZA award-winning Asia expansion. Attendees will receive a food coupon so they will be able to enjoy their lunch at any of our restaurants at the BioPark. After spending time at the zoo, you'll take our electric shuttle to visit the Aquarium, Botanic Gardens, BUGarium, and more before we end the evening with dinner at the newly-renovated Heritage Farm.  Conclusion of the Silent Auction
